Community Referral Program

We pride ourselves on connection so we are asking for your help with our growth and connect us with the most talented people you know!  And to thank you for your introduction, we will pay you a one time payment of up to $2000 (gross). There are, of course, some terms and conditions that we are happy to go over!

 

Who can and cannot participate in the Sprious Community Referral Program?

 

You are welcome to participate if you are an individual who is at least 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the US. 

 

Those who are not eligible to participate are current Sprious employees or their immediate family members.  Individuals who are associated with or a consultant of a staffing or recruiting agency, or any employee or consultant of a third-party to whom Sprious is/would be contractually obligated to pay a fee for the hiring of an individual referred by, or working for, such third party are not eligible. 

 

Who is NOT eligible to be referred?

 

We ask that you do not refer yourself, a previous Sprious employee, family members of a current (or previous) Sprious employee, or a recent or current contractor, temporary worker, or consultant.

 

How will payments work and what are the terms?

 

If you are eligible to participate, Sprious shall pay you a one-time external referral payment of up to $1,000 or $2,000 (gross) for a referral, if the referral results in a successful regular full time hire, and such referred employee:

 

  • Acknowledges he or she was referred by you  (must list in the referral section when applying)
  • Completes 3 months of continuous, active employment with Sprious 
  • Is in good performance standing at the end of such 3 month period  
  • Is actively employed by Sprious at the time the external referral bonus is to be paid  
  • A payment of $1,000 will correspond to any roles in the Specialist (non-management) track, and $2,000 for any roles in the Management track. This will be specified in the job description listed on sprious.com/careers

 

In order to receive the referral pay out, you will need to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (and any other documentation that Sprious may require) which will be given to you once your referred candidate has started employment with Sprious.  The referral fee will be processed and paid approximately 30 days after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment as mentioned above, and you have submitted the required paperwork and contact information. Please note that you will receive a 1099 for this payment.

 

How do I refer my most talented acquaintances?

 

Please email referrals to [email protected].  We would ask that you include some key details such as the referrals, full name, contact information (email & phone), and which role they would be a fit for.  Once we have their contact information we will reach out and advise them they have been referred for a position and if they are interested to please submit a resume. We would ask that you let them know you have submitted them as a potential candidate and to list your name during the application process.
